Applications are now closed for volunteer positions for the 2019 FIS Snowboard, Freestyle and Freeski World Championships. Thanks to the incredible generosity of the community across Utah and beyond, the organizers of the 2019 FIS Snowboard, Freestyle and Freeski World Championships were  overwhelmed with applications for the range of volunteer positions that needed to be filled for the events that will take place from February 1 – 10, 2019. The organizers would like to thank each and every applicant for taking the time to offer their services and apologize that not every applicant could be accommodated.

While applications are closed for the 2019 FIS Snowboard, Freestyle and Freeski World Championships, the need for volunteers continues with other major winter sporting events happening here in Utah. On February 14 to 17, the IBU Biathlon World Cup will be hosted at Soldier Hollow. Information about volunteer opportunities can be found on their website or by contacting Jennifer McCulloch (jmcculloch@uolf.org).

We appreciate your support and dedication to the success of this event, and yes you can earn benefits for volunteering! In addition to being a member of the 2019 team, and receiving the volunteer uniform kit, the host resorts have partnered to provide a lift voucher reward program*. Earned lift vouchers are based on the number of days a volunteer completes, and each reward will be valid at each of the three venues through the 2019 season.
